FundP — Fundraising Proposal

Purpose

To initiate a fundraising round by issuing new QCAP at a fixed price.

Required inputs

  • GitHub link
  • Number of QCAP to issue
  • Price per QCAP

Voting & approval

  • Quorum required
  • Yes votes must exceed No votes

Execution outcome

If approved, the fundraising becomes effective after one full epoch and remains open until all QCAP are sold. For example, if approved at the end of epoch 200, it becomes effective at the start of epoch 202.

Multiple approved proposals of this type may coexist and be effective at the same time.
