MKTP — Marketplace Proposal

Purpose

To sell one or more shares to QVAULT in exchange for Qubic and/or QCAP.

Asset management rights must be transferred to QVAULT beforehand.

What Qubic Capital receives

  • Asset name
  • Contract index
  • Share amount

What the seller receives

  • Qubic amount (≥ 0)
  • QCAP amount (≥ 0)

Voting & approval

  • Quorum required
  • Yes votes must exceed No votes

Execution outcome

If approved and sufficient funds are available according to fund allocation priority, the proposal is executed immediately at epoch end and the deal is executed automatically and in full.

Multiple approved proposals of this type may coexist and be effective at the same time, provided sufficient funds are available.
